Want to work with our team? Chermside Medical Centre is a great place to experience General Practice!  

We have a large compliment of doctors, complete with visiting Allied Health- this lets you experience the best of your particular interest, or try something new.  The practice operates 7 days a week and services the local suburbs around Chermside.  We also perform pre-employment medicals, dive medicals, travel health and general health assessments.  Our facility has three RNs on staff in a fully equipped treatment room, extending the clinic’s capabilities of on site patient management.  Patients also have access to pathology and imaging services, in addition to a pharmacy in the same location. 

You will find our doctors have a range of special interests. 

Dr. Kevin Ball has a strong interest in geriatric medicine, and cares for numerous patients as home visits, including those at Wheeler Park, an aged care facility behind the clinic. 

Drs. Vince Crowley and Robert Fitzgerald also attend to patients in their homes when necessary, as well as seeing a wide spectrum of people in clinic. 

Drs Catherine Murphy and Therese Chan are well known for their expertise in gynaecological and obstetric issues on top of their broad base of experience in General Practice. 

Dr Sonya Morgan has special interest and training in paediatric care, an interest shared by Drs. Kim Chye, and Alan Jones.  Dr Jones also has focused training in excisional treatment of skin cancers. 

Allied health professionals include 2 clinical psychologists and a dietician.  In the same building we have access to physiotherapists and a spectrum of Specialists in the Chermside Day Hospital.
